What would be the control group for my project?

I am doing a project in my biology class to test reaction times of a group of people. I set different age groups and gender apart from each other, and did multiple tests with different people in each group. If a control group is a group that doesn't get any treatment, then how would there be a control group in my experiment if every group is tested the same?|||Average all the results?
